Out of This World Spaghetti and Meatballs

THE BEST!! Spaghetti and meatballs. This comfort food dish (heavy on the comfort) is my personal favorite. I do not have a stitch of Italian in my blood (I think) but I do know how to jam pack flavor into each one of my dishes. I'm a huge fan of Onions, Italian Seasoning, and garlic, and this dish is JAMMED packed with all of the above. Here is a quick and easy way to do spaghetti and meatballs. Follow the video and recipe for full details.

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes Ingredients: The Meatballs - Lean Ground Beef (1 lbs) - Onions (1 medium, finely diced) - Eggs (1) - Worcestershire Sauce (1 1/2 Tbsp) - Italian Seasoning (1 Tbsp) - Red Pepper Flakes (a pinch) - Dried Parsley (1/2 Tbsp) - Salt and Pepper (to taste) - Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) The Sauce - Tomato Sauce (1 large can) - Italian Seasoning (1 Tbsp) - Garlic (4 cloves, finely diced) - Sugar (a pinch) - Bay leaf (1) - Salt and Pepper (to taste) Directions: 1. Combine all meatball ingredients into a a bowl and combine. 2. Form into 1-2" balls. In a large frying pan and on medium heat add each ball. Note: I find placing them in the pan in a pattern helps me remember which ones to flip first and also cooked first. 3. Once the meat balls are half way cooked (approximately 10 minutes) strain the excess fat and put the meatballs back in the pan. Add all the sauce ingredients. Simmer on low-medium heat for a minimum 15 minutes (always the longer the better with sauces). 4. Cook desired noodles instructed on packaging (I prefer spaghetti noodles for this recipe) Bon Appetit LIKE FOLLOW SHARE!! SUBSCRIBE!!
