Maple Mustard Chicken


This healthy yet flavorful chicken recipe is my go to quick meal. Its super easy to whip together. There is loads of mustard, but once cooked off it a perfect potency. Just enough :)

What do you want to see me cook next? Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 35 Minutes

Total Time: 40 Minutes Serves: 4-5 Ingredients: - Chicken Legs (Approx 4) - Mustard (1/4 Cup) - Dijon Mustard (3 Tbsp) - Syrup (1/4 cup, Maple Syrup preferred) - Oregano (2 Tbsp) - Worcestershire Sauce (2 Tbsp) - Garlic (2 Cloves) Directions: 1. Preheat Oven to 425 degrees. In a large baking sheet, place chicken (not overlapping). 2. In a bowl, mix all other ingredients. Stir, pour and coat chicken. (this will create a crust once cooked

3. Put in over for 35 minutes. Half way through, base the chicken with existing drippings. Bon Appetite
