Homemade Burgers, is there anything better? Keeping them moist is the key. Grilling these bad boys up with a panade (soak bread with milk), and rubbing them with #XB3 from @BadFish_bbq. Thursday is game day, and I couldn't be more excited. Throwing these down with an arrangement of appetizers is what the menu is looking like in our household. What team are you rooting for? #Falcons
. Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 20 Minutes Total Time: 30 Minutes Serves: 4-6 . Ingredients: Ground Beef (medium, 1.5lbs) Sausage (mild, 2 links) Onion (1 medium, diced finely) BadFish_bbq WB3 seasoning (or steak seasoning, 1 TBSP) Bread (1 slice) Milk (1/2 cup) Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup) Italian Seasoning (1 1./2 TBSP) Salt and Pepper (to taste) Worchestershire Sauce (2 TBSP) Mustard (2 TBSP) Garlic (3 cloves minced) Egg (1 large) . Directions:
1. Preheat BBQ. In a shallow dish add the bread and pour the milk over it, soaking the bread. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, add all other ingredients and mix and blend well. Then add the panade (bread and milk mixture). *Optional: I like to leave my sit for at least an hour to marinade the mixture a little bit. I also sprinkle more XB3 seasoning on top of the burgers for extra flavoring. 3. BBQ to 160 degrees and rest 5 minutes before serving. . Bon Appetite
