Sweet Fire Chicken Wings

Ever since I made my Bang Bang Blackened Citrus Shrimp recipe, I was just dying to use the Garlic Sweet Fire Mayo again. With game day approaching, wings was on my husbands mind. I just so happen to see a new technique in baking crispy wings from @JohnWMacDonald so I thought I'd combine the two. .

Dusting the wings with Sweet Fire Rub from @BadFish_bbq, olive oil, and baking powder then cooking them on a low 250 degrees for 30 minutes, then cranking the heat up to 425 degrees for another 30 minutes leaving them extra crispy. Finishing them off by tossing them in my overnight Garlic Sweet Fire Mayo sauce. This stuff is gold guys and needs to be sold in bottles. . My husband said, "did you make the sauce for these wings?" Mic Drop. He was mega impressed and so was I. This is a must try recipe.
