Jalapeno Poppers


Want to be the cool kid at your next party or dinner table? I guarantee this appy/side dish will knock the socks off your guest with just one bite. If you don't believe me, I have references haha. . Stuffing these bad boys with a cream cheese/garlic/cajun mixture and wrapping with bacon gives it the perfect balance. What is your favourite appetizer you bring out?

Prep Time: 20 Minutes Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Total Time: 40 Minutes

Serves 15 . Ingredients: Jalapeno Peppers (15 peppers) Cream Cheese (softened, 1 container) Garlic (3 cloves, minced) Cajun Seasoning (2 TBSP) Bacon (7 slices, cut in half) . Directions: 1. Prepare the stuffing. Combine the cream, garlic, and Cajun seasoning and set aside. 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Using rubber gloves to protect your hands. Cut the jalapeno directly in half length wise (leave stem on, helps keep the stuffing inside). With a small spoon, scoop the stuffing mixture into half of the jalapeno (make sure not to over stuff). 3. Wrap bacon leave the top edge at the top and put on a large baking sheet. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes. . Bon Appetite.
