Creamy Shrimp Cups

I absolutely love shrimp. Add cheesy creamy flavorful shrimp dip in a buttery flaky pastry cup and i'm in food heaven. This appetizer is a crowd pleasure all your guests will rave about over the holidays.

Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Total Time: 30 Minutes Ingredients:

- Shrimp - Cream Cheese (1 cup, softened) - Sour Cream (1/2 cup) - Garlic (3 cloves, minced) - Ginger (1/2 Tbsp, minced) - Parsley (dried, 1/2 Tbsp)

- Salt and Pepper (to taste) - Chile Sauce (2 Tbsp) - Pillsbury crescent rolls

- Cooking Spray

- Butter (1 Tbsp)

Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl mix 2 cloves of garlic and all other ingredients except shrimp and crescent rolls.

2. In a small frying pan, add 1 clove of garlic, butter, and shrimp until turned pink cooked (approx 4-5 minutes). Chop up shrimp into small pieces leaving a few whole shrimp for garnish. Add to the mixture bowl.

3. Unwrap the crescent rolls. Using a rolling pin, smooth out pastry. Using a pizza cutter, cut into 6 squares. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray of your choice and add squares. Add shrimp mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with whole shrimp and serve immediately.
