The craving for a caesar salad was real, but without romaine lettuce I couldn't carve it. This is where the base of this dish arrived from. My family typically has a starch, protein, and a veggie for dinner so insert fried potatoes, bacon, chicken, veggies with a cheesy caesar twist. Man was his dish ever scrumptious and HIGHLY recommend giving it a go.

Ingredients: - Chicken (2lbs Thighs, cubed) - Bacon (4 slices, chopped) - Caesar Salad Dressing (1/2 cup) - Garlic (2 cloves, minced) - Italian Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp) - Onion (1 medium, diced) - Potatoe (3 medium, cubed) - Butter (4 Tbsp) - Carrots (2 chopped) - Cheese (Marble, 1/2 shredded) . Directions: 1. Preheat over to 425 degrees. First thing you want to do is fry your potatoes. Get them really crispy. In a medium frying pan add your butter on medium high heat. Once hot, add you potatoes. The trick here is to not to them, let them brown on one side for 5 minutes, then flip and do the other side for 5 minutes.
2. Using a small bowl, add your Caesar salad dressing, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
3. In another frying pan, crisp your bacon up. Chop and set aside. Dice your onions, chop your carrots, and shred your cheese. Get them all ready to build your casserole. 4. In a large casserole dish, add in order, potatoes, onions, and carrots. Then evenly spread your chicken over the vegetables. Using a spoon, gently spread the caesar mixtures over the chicken and casserole. 5. Top with bacon and cheese. Place in oven for 25 minutes (just enough for the chicken to be fully cooked to 165 degrees. Serve immediately.
