Prep Time: 20 Minutes Cook Time: 30 Minutes Total Time: 50 Minutes Serves: 4-6

Ingredients: - Lean Ground Beef (1 1/2 lbs) - Onion (1 medium, diced)

- Tater Tots (1 bag) - Marble Cheese (1 1/2 cups, shredded) - Cream Cheese (4 Tbsp) - Pepper (to taste) - Onion Powder (1 tsp) - Paprika (1/4 tsp)

- Garlic (4 cloves, minced) - Worcestershire sauce (2 Tbsp) - Mustard (1 Tbsp)

- Brown Sugar (1/4 cup) - Tomato Sauce (1 can) - Corn (frozen 1/4 cup)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a medium frying pan and medium high heat, add the ground beef and onions. Cook for approx 10 minutes or ground beef is completely brown. Drain meat to remove all excess fat. Return meat to pan. 2. Add onion powder, paprika, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and brown sugar to the meat mixture. Cook for a minute or two. Then add cream cheese, tomato sauce and corn. Mix thoroughly and simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes for all the ingredients come together. 3. In a 9" baking dish, add the sloppy joe mixture. Then layer cheese (use 1 cup) on top. Then add the frozen tater tots and top with the remainder of cheese. Bon Appetite
