Haters Gonna Hate, But I Don't Carrot All.
We love roasted carrots in our household especially when we roast them. It gives it a slightly sweet taste with some crunch. Speaking of crunch, how do you like your veggies cooked? Super soft or do you prefer it with some crunch?
Ingredients:
- Heirloom Carrots (6-8) - Olive Oil (2 Tbsp) - Parmesan Cheese (3 Tbsp) - Garlic & Herb Seasoning (1 Tbsp) (Substitute for Italian Seasoning & Salt) Directions: 1. Preheat Oven for 425 degrees. Peel Carrots. Brush olive Oil on carrots. Then dust seasonings and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
