Chicken is fantastic, but sometimes I feel it needs a kick in the butt. A Zing or a Zang to bring it up a notch. Flavors that accompanies well with the subtle meat. Salami and Caesar sure does the trick and will have your taste buds dancing.
Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 30 Minutes
Total Time: 35 Minutes Cook: Oven 425 Degrees F
Ingredients: - Chicken Thighs (boneless, 4-6) - Caesar Salad Dressing (1/2 cup) - Bread Crumbs (1/2 cup)
- Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) - Italian Seasoning (1/2 TBSP) - Garlic Powder (1/2 TBSP) - Salt and Pepper (to taste) - Cheese (marble (1/4 cup) - Salami (1 slice per chicken, chopped)
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F.
2. On a shallow plate put Caesar Salad Dressing. In another bowl mix together Bread Crumbs, Parmesan Cheese, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Salt and Pepper. 3. Dip each chicken leg in the salad dressing mixture, then dip and coat in the Parmesan mixture and play on a oiled baking dish. 5. Top with cheese and salami. Cook for 30 minutes at 425 Degrees F.
