I like to call this BBQ Pork Tenderloin Pulled Pork, FANCY pulled pork. The very best, and also the most expensive cut of pork, to produce THE BEST pulled pork with. When you are feeling fancy, or want to give your guests the best culinary experience, make this BBQ pork tenderloin pulled pork recipe. It is so delicious, so tender, and soaks up all the fantastic juices. Let's make this BBQ pork tenderloin pulled pork together.

BBQ pork tenderloin pulled pork is an awesome way to feed your family, tailgate, or next party. It is not only an easy method, but also the most delicious. I love the beautiful crust you get on the outside, how tender it is on the inside, and pulls so easy. Smother it in your favorite hog sauce or BBQ sauce and it the perfect sandwich.

WHY USE PORK TENDERLOIN?

Although it is more expensive than using traditional pork butt or pork shoulder, I believe it is the most delicious. Comparing pork tenderloin to pork butt or shoulder right away you know there is less fat. It is leaner so it is quicker to render down than the pork butt or shoulder. The main difference is the taste. I love how clean, tender, and delicious BBQ pork tenderloin pulled pork is.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Pellet Grill (I used my Pit Boss Grills Savannah Onyx Edition)

Grated Aluminum Pan

INGREDIENTS

Pork Tenderloin (2 full)

Pork Rub (2 Tbsp, I used, Homestyle Pork Rub by Pit Boss Grills) BBQ Sauce or Hog Sauce (I used, Oakland Dust, Hog Sauce)

INSTRUCTIONS

Let's begin this BBQ pork tenderloin pulled pork by preheating your Pit Boss Grills Savannah Onyx to 250 degrees. Prepare your pork tenderloin by removing/trimming any excess fat or silver skin. Next, coat your pork tenderloins with your favorite pork rub. We used homestyle pork rub by Pit Boss Grills.

Place both pork tenderloins on a grated aluminum pan. Add 1" of water at the bottom of the pan for extra moisture. Place directly onto your grill. During this smoke stage of your BBQ pork tenderloin pulled pork, you are looking for an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Once the internal temperature is reached, drop the pork tenderloins down into the pan. Smother them in your favorite BBQ sauce OR hog sauce. I used Oakland Dust, Hog Sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and place back onto your grill. You are now looking for an internal temperature of 195 degrees. Remove, wrap in towel or meat swadl, and rest for a minimum 1 hour (I rested for 2 hours). You can now pull your pork, add more sauce or not. Enjoy this BBQ Pork Tenderloin Pulled Pork!
