WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Pellet Grill (I used my Pit Boss Grills Navigator)
Pellets (I used Pit Boss Grills Cherry Pellets)
CHESSY BACON WRAPPED ONION RINGS
INGREDIENTS
Bacon (2 slices per onion ring)
Vidalia Onion (sliced 1/2” thick)
Babybel Cheese (1 per onion ring)
Pork Rub
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your @pitbossgrills to 300 degrees. Slice your onion and remove the inner core. Place your Babybel cheese inside and wrap with bacon. Sprinkle your favorite pork rub on top and place on your grill. It will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour for your bacon to render, your onion and cheese to melt. Enjoy!
