DIY Rainbow Grilled Cheese

Here in Toronto, rainbow grilled cheese has been all the rage at food truck alley and festivals (when there was festivals) all around town. I thought I'd bring the fun home. Funny enough, I don't know who had more fun with this.... me or my 3 year old lol. . All you have to do is add food coloring to shredded Swiss cheese, layer it on your bread, and watch the smile on your kids face as they bite into it. Swipe for video tutorial.
