Smoked turkey is by far my new favorite way to cook a turkey. Prepped by sneaking bacon strips under the skin to keep this bad bird extra moist. But the real flavor was that subtle smoked flavor. Using @PitmasterChoicePellets gourmet blend pellets and Smoked for 5 hours at 250 degrees on my @LouisianaGrills pellet grill was the way the go. Even my left over soup had this delicious flavor to it. .
