Ingredients: Onions (1/3 cup, finely diced)
Cream (1/4 cup)
Beef Brother (1/2 cup)
Butter (2 Tbsp)
Peppercorn (Whole, roughly crushed) Italian Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp) Directions:
In a large frying pan, add butter and onions on medium heat. Saute until onions are translucent. Crush fresh whole peppercorns to desired consistency. Add to the onions along with the Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add the cream and beef brother to the mix and simmer until thick. Approx 5 minutes on medium high heat, stirring constantly.
