GRILL-ED CHEESE

Today's picnic finger foods was CHEESE because well cheese is life and you really can't go wrong with it. Did you know there are tons of cheese you can GRILL? Halloumi cheese is an unripen, brined cheese with a high melting point making it easy to grill or fry. You can also slowly smoke almost any cheese to make taco shells or cheese crisps. Going the slow and low method renders the fat in the cheese, making it not as greasy.
