WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Pellet Grill (I used my Pit Boss Grills Table Top)

Pellets (I used Pit Boss Grills, Cherry blend) Meat Grinder (I used my Kitchenaid Mixer Attachment)

INGREDIENTS

Pork Belly (1/2 slab)

Eggs (2 large)

Parmesan Cheese (1 cup)

Garlic (4 cloves, minced) Parsley (2 Tbsp) Salt & Pepper (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Let's begin this pork belly burger recipe by grinding up our pork belly with our Kitchenaid mixer attachment. Cut your pork belly slab into 1" cubes so they will easily fit through your meat grinder. Make sure you have a large platter beneath to catch all the ground pork belly. I like using a big platter as it is easier to spread my seasonings around.

Next, preheat your pellet grill to 300 degrees. Add your eggs, parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to your ground pork belly. Make sure it is mixed thoroughly. Once all combined, you can form your burger patties using a press or just form with your hands like I did. Place your pork belly burgers onto your grill directly and smoke until an internal temperature of 170 degrees. Add a bun and your favorite toppings, and you have the most perfect pork belly burger recipe. Enjoy!
