SMOKED PUMPKIN PIE INGREDIENTS Eggs (2 large) Pumpkin Puree (1/2 can) Brown Sugar (1 cup) Cinnamon (1 tsp)
Nutmeg (1/2 tsp)
Ground Ginger (1/4 tsp) Salt (1/4 tsp) Evaporated Milk (3/4 cup)
Pie Shell (9" deep dish, unbaked)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your @PitBossGrills Navigator to 400 degrees. In a medium-sized bowl, beat the eggs well. Next, add all other ingredients into the bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour the mixture into your unbaked pie shell. Fire roast your pumpkin pie by adding that extra layer of smoke. Place directly on your grill grates and smoke for 15 minutes. Then reduce your grill to 350 degrees and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes. Use a toothpick to check if the centre is done. Let cool completely before slicing into it. The amount of whipped cream is completely up to you :P
