Food Fusion at it's finest with these Stuffed Bacon Skewers where we stuffed bacon skewers with cream cheese, and smoked them to a delicious perfection. There is something about how smoke takes on cream cheese and also transforms bacon into smokey deliciousness. Crispy on the outside and warm and gooey on the inside. WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Pellet Grill (I used my Pit Boss Grills Navigator)

Pellets (I used Pit Boss Grills Cherry Pellets)

Wooden Skewers

STUFFED BACON WRAPPED SKEWERS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Bacon (Ruby Red Bacon, I got mine from Halendas Meats)

Cream Cheese (1/2 block)

Pork Seasoning (optional)

Skewers 

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat your grill or oven to 350 degrees. Prepare your stuffed bacon wrapped skewers by placing your skewers in your cream cheese spacing them 1/2" apart. Cut your cream cheese skewers.

Next, using your ruby red bacon from Halenda's Meats, wrap each skewer, encasing it. I coated each stuffed bacon wrap skewer with a pork rub seasoning but it is an optional step.  Grill or cook for approximately 45 minutes or until your bacon is cooked to your preference.
