The Best Bruschetta Chicken | 30 Minute Recipe

Two things I love doing. Turning bland chicken into something so flavorful AND creating quick 30 minute meals that you all seem to love recreating. We all have busy lifestyles and our food shouldn't be boring just because of that. What is your favorite go to meal on the fly?

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 25 Minutes

Total Time: 30 Minutes

Serves: 4


Ingredients: - Chicken (Thighs 6 or Breasts 4)

- Cream Cheese (1/2 cup, soften) - Onion (1/2 small, diced) - Tomato (1 roma, diced)

- Basil (1/2 cup chopped, leave a couple leaves for top)

- Garlic (2, minced)

- Cheese (mozzaerlla, 1/2) - Balsamic Vinegar (1 Tbsp)


Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, and chopped basil. Mix thoroughly. 2. In a small baking dish, add chicken (spread out so crowded. This way sauce sits on top of chicken). Spread cream cheese mixture on top of chicken evenly. Sprinkle in order, onion, whole basil leaves, cheese, and tomato. Bake for 25 Minutes them sprinkle balsamic vinegar. Serve Immediately.
